WheelTracking is a wheel-strategy journal at wheeltracking.com. This page compares what that site publishes with what OptionsLoop actually does.
As of October 2026. WheelTracking details come from its homepage, login page, privacy policy, and terms of service. Those URLs are listed at the bottom. OptionsLoop details come from the OptionsLoop app and its privacy policy.
WheelTracking's homepage describes it as a free options trading journal for the wheel strategy, including cash-secured puts, stock assignments, and covered calls. The same page says you enter trades as sell put, buy stock, or sell call. It has a login or sign-up page.
OptionsLoop links cash-secured puts, assignment, covered calls, and called-away shares into one wheel, with cost basis and total profit and loss. Sign-in is with Google, and that sign-in syncs the website with the iOS and Android apps. The free plan also logs verticals, iron condors, straddles and strangles, and calendar and diagonal spreads. Linking those legs is free. The grouped view of them is Premium.

Premium is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year for the tax export, capital efficiency analytics, grouped multi-leg analysis, and mobile expiration reminders. These policies are different, and both are public.
OptionsLoop stores what you enter — tickers, strikes, premiums, dates, notes, and imported broker rows — in Google Firestore under your account. The privacy policy says that trade data is only accessible to you and that OptionsLoop does not read, sell, or share it. Google hosts the database. The same policy says the company does not sell your personal information. Free users see ads, which are described separately from trade data.
WheelTracking's privacy policy, effective September 20, 2026, says it does not sell or rent personally identifiable information such as name, email, or account credentials. The same policy says anonymized and aggregated trade data may be compiled into benchmarks and may be sold, licensed, or shared with other users, subscribers, or third parties. It says there is no opt-out for that anonymized use. The stated alternative is to not enter trades, or to stop using the service. The terms, same effective date, describe a license to aggregate, de-identify, sell, and commercialize trade data you enter, and say opting out of that aggregation is not supported. Anonymized data, the privacy policy says, may be kept indefinitely.
WheelTracking also publishes community journaling and trending symbols. That fits a product that uses trade activity beyond a single private log. OptionsLoop does not publish a community or a trending-symbols view.
OptionsLoop's free plan links the cycle and keeps the trade log in your Google account. Premium is optional.
