What to write to us about
Support and bug reports: tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Mentioning your device and browser (or app version) helps a lot. Please do not send passwords.
Import problems: if a Robinhood CSV did not import correctly, describe which trades were affected. Please remove personal details before sharing any file excerpts.
Feature requests: tell us what you are trying to track and what is missing.
Account and data requests: to delete your account, use Account → Delete Account in the app, or follow Delete your account. You can also email from the address linked to your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Corrections to the guides: if you spot an error in an article or glossary entry, send the page and what you think is wrong.
Subscription and billing: web subscriptions can be managed from within the app; for app-store purchases, billing is handled by Apple or Google.

OptionsLoop is a small independent project, so replies are not instant. We read every
message and aim to respond within a few business days.
