This Privacy Policy explains what information OptionsLoop ("OptionsLoop," "we," "us") collects when you use the OptionsLoop app and website (the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have. OptionsLoop is a personal options-trading and "wheel strategy" tracking tool. It is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and does not execute trades or hold funds.

We use Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication) to let you sign in. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We use this only to identify your account and are not used for any other purpose.
Everything you enter into the app — tickers, positions, strikes, premiums, dates, notes, and any CSV/broker data you import (e.g. from Robinhood) — is stored in our database (Google Firestore) under your account and is only accessible to you. We do not read, sell, or share your trade data with anyone.
If you choose to enable live stock pricing, you can enter your own Finnhub API key. That key is stored only in your device's local browser storage — it is never sent to our servers or saved in our database. When live pricing is enabled, your device contacts Finnhub directly to fetch price quotes; Finnhub's own privacy policy governs that exchange.
The App shows ads to free users — served by Google AdMob in the iOS/Android app, and by Google AdSense on the web app. Both may collect device, browser, and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may use this information to show personalized ads unless you decline via the consent prompt shown where required by law (EEA/UK/California). If you purchase the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade or a Premium subscription in the iOS/Android app, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and receipt validation is handled by RevenueCat, our in-app purchase provider. RevenueCat receives your purchase receipt and an anonymous app-generated user ID — not your name, email, or trade data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If you purchase a Premium subscription on the web app, the purchase is processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details, email, and an identifier linking the subscription to your account — we never see or store your card details ourselves. See Stripe's privacy policy.
We use Google's reCAPTCHA/App Check and Firebase's infrastructure to protect the App and its database from automated abuse. This may involve Google collecting device and browser signals as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your account and trade data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your trade data from our active database within a reasonable time, except where retention is required to comply with law or resolve disputes.
OptionsLoop is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including per-user access controls on our database (only you can read or write your own trade data) and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our servers. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
